Have you just completed your very first GOGOVAN booking? Did you know that there are various forms of receipts that you can request from our friendly GOGOVAN drivers and staff? Read on to find out about the various receipt types that you can receive after a GOGOVAN delivery!

Physical Receipts

Physical receipts are highly useful! They allow you to easily keep track of your payments as well as make the process of expenses claims more convenient. Do you need a physical receipt for your GOGOVAN booking? Do not hesitate to request for one from your GOGOVAN driver! 

Our GOGOVAN driver-partners are equipped with GOGOVAN issued receipts that include essential information such as your booking date, time, base fair and additional applicable charges.

Your Booking History

Do you need to check on your past GOGOVAN bookings? Viewing your previous GOGOVAN trips and bookings is simple. Launch your GOGOVAN app and select the “3-Lined Icon” at the top left of your screen. Next select “Van Booking History” and then select the previous GOGOVAN booking that you would like to find out more about.

Your “Van Booking History” includes information such as your booking pick-up and drop off points, date and time of your booking as well as the fees that you have paid for your order.

Email Order Records

Would you like to have a soft copy record of your GOGOVAN booking? You can do so too! Requesting for an Email Order Record is quick and convenient! Simply launch your GOGOVAN app and once again lookout for the “3-Lined Icon” at the top left of your screen. Select “Van Booking History” and then click on the “Completed” tab.

Proceed to select on the GOGOVAN order that you would like to receive an Email Order Record for. After doing so, select on the icon on the top right of your screen and click on “Email My Trip Details”. Input your email details and receive your Email Order Record within seconds!
